October is upon us and as it draws to a close, there will be a certain chill in the air. That’s right folks, Halloween is here once again! That one night of the year when the down-right weird and wacky people of our fair city come out to play.
This year we have moved venue to the Westlands area. The NAIROBI NATIONAL MUSEUM will be hosting this year’s Trick or Treat event in style. Expect a dazzling light display and the mind blowing 6:AM Sound System giving you thousands of watts of pure Dance Music pleasure.
As usual, the dress code is strict this year. Only fancy dress! Be creative and come out in your best costume to stand a chance to win lots of prizes. If you have difficulty making an outfit, you can hire one from Total Escapade, located in Braeburn Prep School on Gitanga Road.
This year’s event will have a very South African flavour as we welcome the godfather of South African house Music, DJ FRESH to Nairobi. His first time ever here, he is looking forward to meeting the Kenyan faithful and obliterating the night with his exclusive 3 hour long set. Be warned, his elegant fusion of Techno, Mzansi, House, Global Bass and Electro makes him one of the most sought after names in the South African industry. He will receive support from DJ DRAZEN, MIKHAIL KUZI, DJ K and VJ VAPOUR who will have a live video mix set at the beginning of the night.
